Is it safe in my room/is the hostel safe?
Giving a protected accommodation is one of our primary concerns. We have staff working 24 hours per day, full CCTV inclusion, key access the passage doors during the evening, there are safes in gathering and storage spaces in each room.

Is there good shopping there?
Our hostel is right in front of world’s biggest mall, Dubai Mall. Also there is cuper market and grocery stores near the building.
How near are you to downtown ?
We are just opposite to downtown area. You just need to cross foot bridge to reach the area.
Left something in the room/ lost something?
We have lost property storage; items are stored for up to 3 weeks after being located. Please contact us the moment you think you might have left something.
